Worker Injured in Construction Accident in Anaheim

Driver Slams Into Construction Site at Ball Road and State College Boulevard

Anaheim, CA (July 29, 2019) – A construction worker was injured at a construction site in Anaheim. The accident occurred on the evening of July 29 at Ball Road and State College Boulevard.

The incident happened when a driver slammed into machinery at the construction site. The freak accident sent a worker 20 feet into a hole.

Emergency crews lowered a stretcher to rescue the worker. The unidentified victim was injured and taken to a local hospital. The driver fled the scene, but was detained by police a block from the site.
