Man Dies in Fatal Spring Valley Accident

Spring Valley, CA (October 9, 2019) – A worker was killed when he fell from a platform in Spring Valley. The fatal accident occurred on the afternoon of October 9 at Monte Vista High School.

A30-year-old man fell from a 30-foot-high platform in a construction zone on the school campus, located in the 3200 block of Sweetwater Springs Boulevard. The man was taken to a local hospital and was pronounced dead upon arrival. Cal/OSHA is currently investigating the accident.
