Victim Hits Truck Head-on in Fatal Madera Accident

Madera, CA (September 28, 2019) – A man was killed in a crash in Madera. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of September 28 on Avenue 21.

Anthony Garcia, 39, was driving a Chevy pickup truck eastbound on Avenue 21, near Road 26, when he drifted into the westbound lanes. He collided head-on with a semi truck. Garcia died at the accident scene. The driver of the semi truck was not injured.
