Ethiopian Airlines Flight ET 302 Crash
On March 10th, a new 737 Max 8 crashed after reporting airspeed abnormalities shortly after departing out of Addis Ababa. Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 was bound for Nairobi, Kenya. The airplane went down about six minutes after departure. Everyone on board – 157 people perished.
Lion Air Flight JT 610 Crash
On October 29th, 2018, a Boeing 737 Max 8 domestic flight Lion Air flight 601 bound for Pangkal Pinang, crashed into the Java Sea with onboard problems which most likely caused the crash. All aboard were killed.
There are extreme similarities between the crashes of both flights.
Why Boeing 737 Max 8 Planes Crashed
Our teams’ Boeing 737 Max 8 air crash investigation is focusing on the defective flight system known as the Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS) as well as Boeing’s lack of pilot training on these systems.
We believe there is either a design defect or software flaw in the Boeing Max 8 which overtook the pilots’ ability to naturally pull back on the plane’s yoke in order to raise the nose as the plane pitches down. The problem is that the MCAS Trim system did not allow the pilots to manually pull back the airplane. Defects in the flight control system and negligence and not adequately training the pilots in the new Max 8 software will make U.S. Law applicable for our families.
Our Boeing 737 Max 8 air crash investigation has revealed that Boeing knew or should have known that the Boeing Max 8 was defective. We believe the Boeing Max 8 was defective. We also believe Boeing did not adequately train pilots in the new App 8 software systems.
Pilots were confused about Boeing’s new anti-stall software that was installed in the Boeing Max 8. This allowed the jet to have its nose pitched down, causing it to crash. All this is under active investigation.
Our Attorneys Are Filing Lawsuits Against Boeing in U.S. To Obtain Highest Recovery For Clients
We are filing lawsuits in the United States District Court (USDC) in Chicago, Illinois – the city where Boeing is located. There is no question that Boeing is responsible for these accidents. We are alleging that the 737 MAX plane is not safely designed because of the defective flight control system which incorrectly pushes the plane’s nose down and the inadequate training Boeing provided to 735 pilots.
We believe Boeing will be held fully responsible to our clients. Our clients will obtain the highest financial recovery possible by bringing their lawsuits in United States courts.
Boeing MAX 737 Crash Latest News
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grounded the Boeing 737 Max until additional data and documentation are obtained surrounding the cause of the crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302. Our belief is that Flight 302 suffered the same problems in altitude and airspeed as did Lion Air Flight 610 – another 737 Max jet which crashed into the Java Sea on October 29, 2018.
