Flyn Austin Nichol Arrested in Petaluma Accident

Petaluma, CA (May 19, 2019) – A man was arrested after hitting two vehicles and then fleeing the accident scene in Petaluma. The accident occurred on the afternoon of May 19 on Petaluma Boulevard North.

The 35-year-old man from Petaluma drove his Nissan Sentra into two other vehicles on Petaluma Boulevard North near U.S. Highway 101. One of the drivers was hospitalized with minor injuries.

The man, identified as Flyn Austin Nichol drove away from the accident scene, then fled on foot. He was arrested by police two blocks from where he left his car. He resisted arrest and police wrapped him in a restraint to keep him from fighting with police officers. Nichol was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs, felony hit and run and resisting arrest.
