We are actively taking Las Vegas injury victims cases for our lawsuit against the Mandalay Bay Hotel and MGM, the owners of the hotel, for inadequate security measures including permitting the gunman to bring ten suitcases of weaponry to his hotel suite. We are also be pursuing claims against the festival organization and the maker of the device that allowed the weapons to be fired as an automatic weapon.
We are outraged by the October 1st tragedy which killed 58 people and injured hundreds of innocent concertgoers. We plan on bringing a lawsuit against MGM Resorts International and the Mandalay Bay for failure to monitor the shooter’s movements, allowing ten suitcases to enter the shooter’s room over a multiple day period and never going into the room after the shooter refused admittance to hotel employees for many days.
We also believe the concert organizer, Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., fell below the standard of care for not allowing safety exits for concertgoers to leave in an emergency and in not properly instructing their staff on how to deal with emergencies.
Lastly, we will be bringing a lawsuit against the manufacturer of the bump stock device which allowed the device to be altered to create an automatic machine gun.
We are terribly sorry to have to be involved in this tragedy but someone must bear responsibility for what happened. We are contingency lawyers. We only charge a percentage fee if we obtain a recovery. If we do not obtain a recovery, you owe us nothing for our fees, costs, expenses or time.
