12 Deaths at San Jose Facility

San Jose, CA – Canyon Springs Post-Acute is suffering from a coronavirus outbreak. The CDPH website reports that since January 1, 2020, the San Jose facility has had 121 cumulative cases. Seventy-eight residents have had the disease, while 43 staff members have tested positive. So far, there have been 12 deaths.
