Legacy Post Acute Rehab Center Has 68 Total Cases of COVID-19


Fewer Than 11 Deaths at San Bernardino Facility

San Bernardino, CA – Legacy Post Acute Rehab Center is suffering from a coronavirus outbreak. The CDPH website reports that since January 1, 2020, the San Bernardino facility has had 68 cumulative cases. Forty residents have had the disease, while 28 staff members have tested positive. So far, there have been fewer than 11 deaths.
