Pacific Heights Transitional Care Center Has 37 Total Cases of COVID-19

At Least 2 Deaths at San Francisco Facility

San Francisco, CA – Pacific Heights Transitional Care Center is suffering from a coronavirus outbreak. The CDPH website reports that since January 1, 2020, the San Francisco facility has had 37 cumulative cases. Twenty-three residents have had the disease, while 14 staff members have tested positive. So far, there have been at least two deaths.
