Fewer Than 11 Deaths at Rialto Facility

Rialto, CA – Rialto Post Acute Care Center is suffering from a coronavirus outbreak. The CDPH website reports that since January 1, 2020, the Rialto facility has had 171 cumulative cases. One hundred and five residents have had the disease, while 66 staff members have tested positive. So far, there have been fewer than 11 deaths.
