Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care Has 199 Total Cases of COVID-19


Fewer Than 11 Deaths at Torrance Facility

Torrance, CA – Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care is suffering from a coronavirus outbreak. The CDPH website reports that since January 1, 2020, the Torrance facility has had 199 cumulative cases. One hundred and fourteen residents have had the disease, while 85 staff members have tested positive. So far, there have been fewer than 11 deaths.
