Dayton Holden and Devyn Graham Dead in Highway 80 Crash
Gold Run Accident May Be a Kidnapping/Homicide
Gold Run, CA (July 26, 2018) – Two men are dead in a possible kidnapping/homicide in Gold Run. The fatal crash happened on the morning of July 26 on Highway 80.
A single vehicle collided with a tree off westbound Highway 80 near the Gold Run exit.
Witnesses say that the passenger of the vehicle was forced into the truck, leading authorities to believe that the crash may have been intentional. The victims have been identified as driver Dayton Holden, 20, of Newcastle, and passenger Devyn Graham, 23, of Dutch Flat.
Around 9 a.m., the California Highway Patrol received a report of a collision on Highway 80 near the Gold Run exit. Officers determined the incident involved a single vehicle striking a tree, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
Both Holden and Graham were found unresponsive and were ultimately pronounced dead
