Dmitry Scotkin Dies in San Francisco Pedestrian Accident
San Francisco, CA (July 17, 2018) – A man was killed after being hit by a vehicle in San Francisco. The fatal accident happened on the morning of July 17 at the intersection of Sloat Boulevard and 36th Avenue.
The victim has been identified as 69-year-old Dmitry Scotkin. He was attempting to cross Sloat Avenue when he was hit by a vehicle.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died. The driver of the vehicle that hit Scotkin stayed at the accident scene.
