Stockton, CA (January 8, 2019) – A big rig driver was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Stockton. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of January 8 on Highway 99.

The three trucks collided on northbound Highway 99, near Arch Road. A Peterbilt silage truck was disabled on the right shoulder of the freeway. A second Peterbilt approached and moved over to give room to the disabled truck. An International truck next to the second Peterbilt could not slow down in time and rear-ended the Peterbilt. The impact sent the International into the silage truck on the shoulder. The driver of the International was killed in the crash
