Driver Arrested for DUI in Studio City Accident
Studio City, CA (October 17, 2018) – A driver lost control of their vehicle, hitting a sleeping homeless man. The accident occurred on the morning of October 17 on Ventura Boulevard.
The driver of a BMW lost control on Ventura Boulevard, near Riverton Avenue. The BMW jumped a curb and ran over a sleeping homeless man. The incident was caught on video.
Witnesses came over to help the man. The man was trapped under the BMW, but was removed by emergency crews. The man is in critical condition at a local hospital.
The driver was arrested for DUI.
