Daniel Lemus Arrested After Causing Fatal Reedley Accident

Fatal Accident

Reedley, CA (October 4, 2019) – A child was killed by a driver who was driving without a license in Reedley. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of October 4 at Dinuba and Alta avenues. 

Daniel Lemus, 21, was driving when he failed to stop at the intersection. He slammed into the passenger side of a sedan. Two people in the sedan were able to get out of the vehicle. Eliseo Saldana, 8, was rushed to a local hospital, although it was determined he died at the accident scene.

Lemus was not injured. He was arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter and driving without a license.
