Hit and Run Crash Involves Restaurant

Crashing into buildings has been a common occurrence lately, and the scene at a Los Angeles fast food restaurant was no different. On the morning of April 10, a driver lost control and caused damage to Gus Jr., located on the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and San Pedro Street.

A Honda Civic crashed into a pole, and the pole fell and through the front windows of Gus Jr. The vehicle then went up in flames. Firefighters arrived on scene and found a man trying to get back into the burning car. The man and the car were gone by the time police arrived, making it a hit and run,

Nobody was injured in the crash. Gus Jr. is currently closed for renovations and nobody was inside at the time of the crash.
