Ricardo Gutierrez Arrested for Felony DUI in Oroville Accident

Oroville, CA (May 18, 2019) – A man was arrested for DUI charges after hitting a bicyclist in Oroville. The accident occurred on the morning of May 18 on State Route 162.

Ricardo Gutierrez, 29, was driving an Audi near Gold Country Casino & Hotel when he hit a bicyclist, identified as Jenny Mason, 30. She suffered major injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Gutierrez was arrested for felony DUI. His passenger, Cody Sheer, 24, does not face criminal charges.
