Freak Accident in San Francisco Kills City Employee Lilianna Preciado

San Francisco, CA (June 13, 2018) – A city worker died after a freak accident in San Francisco. The fatal incident occurred at 28th and Diamond streets on the afternoon of June 13.

The victim, identified as 34-year-old Lilianna Preciado, died after a vehicle slid off a tow truck and into her path. A Buick was being loaded onto a tow truck at 28th and Diamond streets when it rolled back. Preciado was hit by the Buick. She was taken to a local hospital, where she later died.
