A 22-year-old man from Redding caused an accident while in a southbound lane of Interstate 5 near Cypress Avenue. He was driving at a high rate of speed. He made an unsafe lane change and lost control of his vehicle. He spun out in front of a logging truck and the two vehicles collided.
