Victor Mow Arrested for Causing Stockton DUI Crash
Stockton, CA (November 28, 2018) – A man was arrested after causing a fatal accident in Stockton. The crash occurred on the evening of November 28 at Country Club Boulevard and Fontana Avenue.
Victor Mow, 72, hit and killed an 82-year-old man who was walking at the intersection. The man died at the accident scene.
Mow remained at the accident scene. He was arrested for vehicular manslaughter and DUI and taken to jail.
