Napa, CA (April 13, 2019) – A man was killed after he was hit by a vehicle in Napa. The fatal accident occurred n the evening of April 13 on Highway 29.

A 25-year-old man was walking on the shoulder of northbound Highway 29 near 1st Street when he was hit by a GMC SUV. The accident occurred near the Napa Premium Outlets. The driver of the GMC, a 51-year-old man from Concord, tried to avoid the victim, but could not avoid a crash.

The pedestrian died from his injuries. The SUV driver suffered minor injuries.
