Los Gatos, CA (March 30, 2019) – A man suspected of DUI was killed in a crash in Los Gatos. The fatal accident occurred don the evening of March 30 on Soquel San Jose Road.

A 45-year-old man was driving a BMW 328i north on Soquel San Jose Road, near Old Turnpike Road, when he lost control. The BMW overturned and hit a tree.

Both the man and his passenger, a 42-year-old man, were taken to a local hospital. The driver late died, while the passenger suffered serious injuries.
