Motorcyclist Killed In Crash – 134 Freeway were temporarily closed

August 14, 2017: The wreck, in which a motorcyclist was killed, was reported at 4:26 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Few details were immediately available. All of eastbound lanes of the 134 Freeway were temporarily closed in Toluca Lake after the accident.

Lanes were closed at Cahuenga Boulevard, and traffic was diverted, according to the California Highway Patrol. The southbound 170 Freeway to the eastbound 134 and the 101 Freeway to the eastbound 134 were also closed.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation. The identity of the decedent has not been released pending notification of family.
