Indio, CA (March 13, 2019) – A Coachella woman was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Indio. The fatal accident occurred on the morning or March 13 on Interstate 10.

The crash happened on eastbound Interstate 10 near Jackson Street. Natalia Moreno, 21, was driving a Chevrolet Spark when she veered to the right and hit a tree. She landed on a dirt shoulder.

Moreno died at the accident scene. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
