Person Trespassing on Tracks is Injured in Menlo Park Train Crash


Victim Survives Menlo Park Caltrain Accident; No Other Injuries Reported

Menlo Park, CA (February 24, 2019) – A Caltrain hit and injured a person in Menlo Park. The accident occurred on the morning of February 24.

Train No. 801 was traveling north when it hit a person trespassing on the train tracks. The victim’s injuries are unknown, but they did survive the crash. They are currently hospitalized. There were 615 passengers aboard the Caltrain, but nobody was injured.

California Jury Awards $2 Billion In Roundup Lawsuit

A California jury awarded over $2 billion on May 13th, 2019, to a husband and wife who claimed that the herbicide Roundup caused them to develop Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This  jury award is the largest to date in a Roundup lawsuit. The couple, now in their seventies, had been using Roundup since the 1970s.
