Ramon Zaragoza Injured in Crash at Highway 29 and Highway 221
Driver Runs Red Light in Napa Accident
Napa, CA (October 20, 2019) – One person was injured in a crash in Napa. The accident occurred on the morning of October 20 at Highway 29 and Highway 221.
Ramon Zaragoza, 41, of Napa, was driving a Volkswagen Beetle and attempting to turn left onto Highway 29. At the same time, Rio Linda resident Michael Hevey, 78, failed to stop for a red light on Highway 29. Hevey’s Chevrolet Blazer collided with the Beetle.
Zaragoza was hospitalized for major injuries. Hevey was not injured in the crash.
