LA Rapper Kid Ink Sued Over Dog Attack By Pizza Delivery Man
Kid Ink, the 28-year-old Los Angeles rapper is being sued by a pizza man who was making a special delivery to his residence. Garnik Nazarian is claiming the dog bite, that the rapper’s dog attacked him. According to TMZ, Kid Ink is being sued after his dog, Louie, allegedly clamped onto Garnik Nazarian’s hands, arms, legs, face and other body parts, as he delivered a pie to the rapper’s Granada Hills home.
The lawsuit claims that Nazarian’s injuries will keep him from making deliveries for “a long time to come” and wants reimbursement for medical bills, pain and suffering from profits lost. California’s Civil Code Section 3342 states that the owner of any dog is liable for the damages suffered by any person who is bitten by the dog while in a public place or lawfully in a private place, including the property of the owner of the dog, regardless of the former viciousness of the dog or the owner’ s knowledge of such viciousness.
