Berkeley Pedestrian Accident Claims Life of Tom Clark
Berkeley, CA (August 17, 2018) – Poet and author Tom Clark was killed in a pedestrian accident in Berkeley. The fatal crash happened on the evening of August 17 on The Alameda.
Clark, 77, was hit by a car on The Alameda near Marin Avenue. The driver remained at the accident scene and cooperated with police.
Clark was taken to a local hospital and listed in stable condition. However, his condition quickly worsened and he later died. Clark was best known for his poems about Oakland A’s players.
