The popular weed killer Roundup has been used for decades as a herbicide in yards, field, and farms across California and the West. We represent victims who have been exposed to Roundup and have been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL.) The World Health Organization (WHO) recently categorized one of Roundup’s main ingredient, glyphosate, with a 2A listing, which means that it is a “probable human carcinogen.” We and our partners have hundreds of Roundup Cancer Leukemia cases.
We have Roundup office locations throughout California including Bakersfield, Modesto, Fresno, Stockton, Tracy, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, San Jose, Santa Rosa and many others.

- Does Roundup Cause Cancer?
Monsanto, the manufacturer of Roundup denies these claims. Monsanto contends that the classification does not definitively link glyphosate to cancer because no scientific data was used to reach this conclusion. Glyphosate is the most widely-used herbicide in the world. It’s used on most corn and soybean crops in the United States. The California Department of Health has recently concluded that it is a proven carcinogen.
We are actively representing Roundup Victims throughout California and Nationwide
Worldwide, glyphosate is used in 160 countries. In 1974, Monsanto began using it as a main ingredient in its Roundup products. The patent for glyphosate expired in 2000. In 2014, Monsanto made $2 billion from its Roundup products and generated many more billions since it began using glyphosate in its products. Weeds become more resistant to glyphosate over time, which means that farmers have to buy more and more Roundup – dramatically increasing sales.
Why Are There Roundup Lawsuits?
Studies from the 1980s show that the active ingredient in Roundup, glyphosate, causes cancer. It is believed that Monsanto knew about this cancer risk for decades, but continued to market and sell the product. We believe Monsanto failed to properly warn consumers about the risks involved with Roundup. This failure to warn has put agricultural workers, landscapers, groundskeepers, and others at risk for serious health consequences.
You should be compensated for Your injuries.
Due to Monsanto’s negligence and disregard for end-user safety, we believe that many who were regularly exposed to Roundup subsequently developed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. They should be compensated for their injuries. Lawsuits have been filed in California on behalf of Roundup Exposure workers. These people developed Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma: all linked toRoundup.
A History of Legal Troubles
This isn’t the first time Monsanto has been in court battling claims over a deadly ingredient. Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), which has been used for decades in some of Monsanto products. PCBs have been shown to cause cancer. Although this chemical is no longer used in any Roundup products, Monsanto is still fighting the 700 claims previously brought about by this ingredient.
Who is Affected?
Anyone who has come in contact with Roundup may be at risk for developing cancer. However, those who use and were exposed to the product on a regular basis are most at risk. This included the following groups:
- Agricultural field workers
- Migrant farm workers
- Field equipment workers
- Independent farmers
- Professional turf managers
- Pilots involved in herbicide spraying
Which Products Contain Glyphosate?
The following products contain glyphosate:
- Ortho Groundclear
- Touchdown Total
- Vantage Plus Max II
