Los Angeles, CA (April 13, 2019) – A man on a scooter was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Los Angeles. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of April 13 at Vine Street and Sunset Boulevard.

The driver of a Ford F-150 hit a man on a Lime scooter at the intersection. He then backed up over the scooter rider before speeding off. He was later arrested by police. 

The rider of the scooter, a 31-year-old man, died. The driver of the truck has been identified as Jared Walter Anderson.
