Oroville, CA (October 1, 2019) – A teen was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Oroville. The fatal accident occurred on the evening of October 1 on Highway 149.

The crash happened on Highway 149, near Shippee Road. The car veered off the right shoulder and into a guardrail. It then went down into a ravine and across a creek. The car landed on its roof.

Emergency crews removed the victim, who died at the accident scene. The driver was a male between the ages of 17 and 19. Speed may have been a factor in the crash.
