Redwood City Accident Leads to Fatality
Redwood City, CA (October 14, 2018) – A woman was killed in a solo vehicle crash in Redwood City. The fatal accident occurred on the morning of October 14 on Interstate 280.
California Highway Patrol responded to a crash in the northbound lanes of Interstate 280, Edgewood Road. They found a woman lying in the road. The 20-year-old woman from South San Francisco died at the accident scene.
The crash occurred when the woman, driving a Toyota, veered right, leaving the edge of the road. She went up a hill and came back onto the roadway. The car overturned, ejecting the woman, who was not wearing a seatbelt.
