Nathan Anaya Arrested for DUI in Fatal Pomona Accident

Pomona, CA (February 19, 2019) – A passenger was killed when the car it was riding in crashed into a big rig in Pomona. The fatal accident occurred just after midnight on February 19 on the 10 Freeway.

A Lexus driven by Nathan Anaya, 26, crashed into a big rig on the 10 Freeway near North Orange Grove Avenue. Zachary Munoz, 21, was a passenger inside the Lexus. He died at the accident scene.

Anaya suffered a variety of injuries and was hospitalized. It was determined that he had been driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on DUI charges.
